Christmas Spin

I created a great christmas spin playlist for class today and so excited to use it again on Wednesday. It was festive but allowed for a GREAT sweat session! (Thanks Nancy for pushing me out of my comfort zone to make this playlist) I would love to have you join us if you are around, I promise you will enjoy it.

I can't thank my students enough for helping me become a better instructor. Getting my certification in April was one of the best things I did this year. I have enjoyed teaching every single class.

I hope you know how much I appreciate your support, consistency and patience while I learned how to be a spin instructor. I hope you can make it to class, I will have a little something to say thank you.
