My New Years Resolutions

This week starts my New Years. I lost my grandma on January 1st and had to travel back for her viewing and funeral so tomorrow starts my New Years.

I've made a lot of goals this year, some of them are more personal than others. These are just some examples there are many more but I don't want to bore you!

- Blog weekly (these will include spin workouts, recipes as well as other fitness related items) - FINALLY get my strict pull up - Write an 3 additional plans - 1000 walking/running miles

- 2017 biking miles - Nutriton education

I am so excited to see what this year brings, I hope you join me at some point this year, whether that is as a new client, or in one of my classes. I know this year will be amazing and I can't wait to see what unfolds!
